About
Aero is backed by Expa, a Silicon Valley incubator funded by Garrett Camp, the co-founder of Uber. I was brought on as the first creative team lead to help evolve the brand as it expands.
Aero exists to elevate and humanize the air travel experience by providing public, scheduled private jet transportation to the most coveted destinations worldwide. In an age when public air travel has become stale, and hectic, where everything that can go wrong, does go wrong, Aero finally got it right.
I was brought on to help launch a new route, to evolve the brand identity, and to elevate all branded guest touch points from lounge design, menu design, branded apparel, and digital experience.

Challenge
To prepare for the launch of a new destination and private lounge opening, I helped evolve and expand the brand identity to be more inclusive of our guests. With this new rebrand, we held 10 different photo and video production shoot days, 4 annual seasonal 360 campaigns, new lifestyle partnerships with brands like Erewhon, Jenni Kayne, Waldorf Astoria, Auberge, and Fred Segal, and also hosted 6 different in-person event activations culminating in a large evening event gala.

Results
With this evolution of a new brand approach, Aero’s social audience grew 45% more than the previous year’s growth with 500k views across all Reels. We reached our goal of getting 100k total followers before the close of 2023 Q4. We grew our content library by 10,000 more pieces of content to utilize across 4 quarters. Our digital ad strategy finally had real guests and humans in our photography representing the wide range of guests flying Aero. Our landing pages on the site kept visitors on the page longer than ever previously measured. Our OOH efforts in Aspen converted $300k in revenue.
